Still reasonably unclear

What could be the more embarrassing judgment, the Mumbai session court awarded life imprisonment to Pravin Mahajan in sensational Pramod Mahajan’s murder case. And slapped 15 thousands rupees as fine. Only satisfactory out come is that the court held Pravin guilty of killing Pramod in his apartment.
Almost two years back Pravin the brother of Pramod Mahajan shut him in his apartment at Mumbai. The reason behind this shoot out remains in veil even after the prolong investigation. The sensational incident rattled entire country, as Pramod was a prominent BJP leader at that time. He was been entrusted crucial responsibility of IT and Tele-communication ministry, while NDA had been in power and Atal Bihari Bajpai occupied Prime Minister’s post.
Following shoot out drama Pravin apparently went to nearby police station and accepted the guilty. Pramod shifted to well known hospital for treatment but finally succumbed to his sever injuries. The high level inquiry had been ordered to unveil the truth, as everybody was unaware of the motive, which provoked Pravin to go for extreme decision. Some newspapers and electronic media channel had flouted news items relevant to assets owned by Pramod Mahajan and Pravin’s alleged demand of one crore to flout his venture. Even some prime investigating officers hinted this reason, which fuel this myth further. Now, judge has clearly stated that money theory wasn’t adhering to this killing.
After this incident Rahul the son of Pramod Mahajan successfully remains in controversy by drugs overdose and misbehaving in his personal life. He keeps media person on their toe over Mahajan family’s serious affairs. His sister Punam Mahajan joined politics to keep her family tradition alive but she hasn’t proved more active and stunning.
Court order once again refreshes perished memories related to Pramod Mahajan case. Pravin’s flip-flop over his statement brings this case in limelight. Apparently, negotiating turnaround Pravin said that he opened fire accidentally following scuffle with Pramod. Judge rejected this theory. When Pramod came out of coma, he said that why he shoot at me! What is my fault! These statements strengthen public prosecutor’s arguments.
Now, Pravin has two judicial tires to go. He may appeal in higher court but his guilt has been articulated by this judgment…
