Marathi actor, director turn rapist

It’s a well know phenomenon that in Hindi films and fashion industry you, not only girls but also boys, have to extend some sort of physical favor to these persons those probably absorb you in their venture or put you in front of their known faces working in glamour sector. So, everyone have to be prepare to face this undesirable tradition if they don’t have any direct link. And now this trend has come out in Marathi film industry too. But, distresses development is that one minor girl fell pray to this newborn trend due to her relatives and the tradition immediately turns out in a rape case.
A 17 years girl was taken to Mumbai by her relatives on the promise of giving opportunity in Marathi film. She was aspiring for a role in movie but her dreams immediately turned soar when one person allegedly raped her for couple of months. Her relatives were involved in this case. The person who allegedly raped her has been a famous Marathi director. And some more people including famous Marathi actor Ramesh Bhatkar also demand same favor from victim. She refused and threatens to file police complaint. Bhatkar literally told the girl that his wife is a judge so they will be spared without any kind of legal hassles. After her persistent denial they let her to go. Subsequently, she filed police complaint in Pune when she returned home.
This incident shock entire Marathi film industry. Until now we don’t have such tradition so far as Marathi film industry is concern. We very well know that it happens in Hindi movies but in Marathi film industry expecting physical favor from minor girls remains out of the our thinking pattern. This disgusting incident happened to malign this holy industry where creative minds enrich their talent without physical favor. We always talk about innovative trends approaching to our indigenous industry. Now this global trend has to be welcome by keeping our deep apprehensions apart. This incident unveils the bitter truth in full public view.
Normally, such incidents rock our mind as we are somewhere movie lover. And we possess a certain image in our mind relevant to some actors and actress. We firmly believe that their personal life must be clean as their role in movies to teach lesson to culprits make us to make our mind in that way. And following such incidents we immediately start feeling that all prominent guys directly or indirectly related to film industry are guilty in nature. Somewhere we are right, may be more than reality. Precautions are better than remedies if we are approaching to some person for any role.
