While speaking with media person, they said that they have to mix-up these hazardous items as demand for sweets immediately go up due to festive season. And they have to resort to adulteration of milk even if they know it is not hygienic to health. The profit margin also play very crucial role because people are ready to purchase sweets at any cost. And these materials substantially reduce the cost of production. Sweet’s test doesn’t change even after mix-up. Even daily consumer can’t detect slight distortion in test. And on such festive atmosphere no one bother to mind test and shades.

Some vender’s are playing with public health for small amount of money. Distributing sweets has been considered as integral part of festivity. Indians love sweets on all occasions.
